Aston Villa’s Aaron Tshibola, currently on loan at Kilmarnock, has received his first international call up as he has been named in the DR Congo squad set to play Tanzania later in the month.
The DR Congo squad is full of talented players and for Tshibola to have the opportunity to go with the squad is fantastic and is a testament to his improvement at Kilmarnock.
He has been impressing on his loan spell under Steve Clarke at Kilmarnock. He has been involved in seven matches so far and scored his first goal for the club in their 4-0 Scottish Cup victory against Brora Rangers.

Kilmarnock have been playing incredibly well since Clarke’s arrival and for Tshibola to be impressing in their team shows just how talented he can be.
Tshibola said “We are on form and that gives me an edge to get to the same levels the team have set.'” He also added “It’s great for me because I have to set that bar high and get above it.”
He could also look to make his move to Kilmarnock permanent after saying “Obviously you can’t think too far ahead to next season but in the near future the aim is to continue to develop.” Adding “If that means being reunited here in the future and going forward and making the right step, we’ll see.”
