Aston Villa are not willing to let Jack Grealish leave Villa Park for anything less than £30 million this summer, according to BT.
The midfielder was the star man in Villa’s season, standing out in the club’s road to the playoff final.
Despite losing 1-0 to Fulham, Grealish turned in a hugely impressive performance, endearing himself to Premier League scouts.
However, the club are reportedly not willing to say goodbye to their creative outlet for any sum of money south of £30 million.

Supposedly needing £40 million to comply with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules, the sale of Grealish would seemingly go a long way to easing the worries felt by fans of the club in recent days.
Unpaid tax bills and a sacked chief executive have compounded the existing misery of failing to gain promotion to the Premier League, and the magnitude of expense to try and get them there now appears to be coming back to haunt owner Tony Xia.
Regardless of the situation, Villa are not willing to let one of their best players leave on the cheap.
Aged 22, Grealish is allegedly keen to stay at Villa Park for at least another season, but interest from Manchester United, West Ham, and Leicester may prove too much for his club to resist.
