Steve Bruce is reportedly very keen to welcome Robert Snodgrass back to Villa Park for the 2018-19 season.
The Scotsman secured a loan move to Villa in late August of 2017, and was a key part of a campaign that led all the way to the playoff final.
Making 43 appearances, Snodgrass scored seven goals and provided fourteen assists, all the while endearing himself to the club’s fans.

Whether or not he is a part of new West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini’s plans at the London Stadium seems unknown, but the Birmingham Mail report Bruce is eager to bring the 30-year-old back into the fold in the Midlands.
The same article also states that Snodgrass has gone to measures to repair certain relationships in East London, the demise of which led to his departure on loan.
Snodgrass joined West Ham during the 2017 January transfer window, making 15 appearances in the remainder of that season.
