Jack Grealish is set to hold contract talks with Aston Villa after a proposed summer to Tottenham Hotspur fell through.
Spurs are still keen to sign the 22-year-old but Villa want to give him a new contract in order to keep him at Villa Park.
The midfielder has two years left on his current £20,000-a-week deal at Aston Villa, but the club are willing to double his wages in order to keep him away from Tottenham.

As reported by James Nursey of The Mirror, Villa owners Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens want to get Grealish signed up for the long-term future as part of their plan to get the club back into the Premier League.
Manager Steve Bruce was happy to keep the midfielder in the summer after it looked like he was on his way out of the club and he too wants Grealish to commit his future to Villa.
