Albert Adomah could be out the door at Villa Park very soon.
The winger is reported to have travelled to Middlesbrough, where a medical examination will be taking place today.
If all is well, the 30-year-old will join the Teesiders on a deadline day loan deal.
Adomah joined Villa from Boro in 2016, with the Midlanders working out a deal which also involved the transfer of other wide-man Adama Traore who headed to North Yorkshire.

In his time at the club, Adomah has made 87 appearances in all competitions, scoring 18 goals.
Despite making four appearances so far this season, manager Steve Bruce has taken the chance to hopefully secure Adomah first team football elsewhere.
New signings Yannick Bolasie and Anwar El Ghazi will likely eat up many of the minutes Adomah would have otherwise taken, meaning his services were no longer required at Villa Park.
Middlesbrough fans will likely welcome Adomah back with open arms, with the forward having made 143 appearances for the club in his time there.
