Good news!!! Aston Villa handed huge injury boost as Derby player delivers stern warning

Aston Villa star Orjan Nyland has further boosted his chances of returning to full fitness.

The Norwegian shot stopper sustained a severe injury on the training ground in January and has been completely ruled out for the remainder of the league season.

The goalkeeper had played 23 matches since his transfer in the summer from German side Ingolstadt before sustaining the cruel injury.

Ahead of the clash this weekend, Derby striker Martyn Waghorn believes his side can rekindle their promotion bid against Aston Villa.

The Rams star insists the side tutored by Chelsea legend Frank Lampard have the belief they can put a stop to the run of three straight losses that have seen the side fall out of the top six on the log which as seen the rate that which fans place bets with www.omegatipsters.com reduce.

They go into the clash against Aston Villa one place and two points adrift Bristol City and in dire need of a good result after a poor February.

English businessman Simon Jordan has tipped the Villans to return to the top tier of English football in the next two seasons – and take back their rightful position as the biggest club side in the Midland.

The Ex-Crystal Palace FC owner was talking on British Sports radio talkSPORT following this week’s decision of former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers to quit Scottish side Celtic and take charge at former Premier League champions Leicester City.

The host of the Radio show Jim White contested that Jordan meant Leicester City are the biggest side of the Midlands’ but Simon Jordan disagreed and argued in Aston Villa’s case.

The Clarets welcome Frank Lampard’s Derby County this weekend which will kick off a run-in that needs a perfect run of maximum points if they are to mount a serious top six push in their promotion bid.

Aston Villa, eight points behind of the play-off position, require a near perfect run of good form to come up with the unthinkable.

A major issue this season, that has continuously held them back in their bids to gain momentum, has been the number of goals they are conceding as a squad.

Few teams have scored more than Aston Villa this season, who always look to be involved in a number of encounters, but few numbers of clubs have conceded as much as Villa’s 53 goals.
