Trezeguet could struggle to get his place back in the team upon his return as Anwar El Ghazi has scored five goals in his last six Premier League games while Bertrand Traore boasts three goals and one assist in his previous four outings.
It remains to be seen when the Egyptian international will be back, but he postponement of Sunday’s scheduled clash with Everton has given him an extra three days to recover prior to Wednesday’s trip to Manchester City.
