Frederic Guilbert posted a picture on his Instagram one week ago revealing he and partner Noemie Boutry were having another daughter, and now the 26-year-old has posted snaps of their newborn child after her successful birth.
Guilbert announced the arrival on Monday but said ‘Mila’ was born on Saturday, October 23. He said he was filled with happiness after her birth and thanked Noemie for being a ‘perfect mother’.
The pair initially kept the gender a surprise until editing a picture to reveal a girl was on the way. Now Mila is here.

The uncapped Frenchman didn’t miss a game due to her birth either – he played a full 90 minutes in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Stade Rennais. Guilbert has made seven Ligue 1 appearances while on loan at Racing Strasbourg who sit 12th in the table with 14 points from 11 games.
And although Guilbert isn’t expected back at Aston Villa until next summer, his teammates still sent positive messages to the family. Many players liked the Instagram post and said ‘congratulations’ in the comments, so Guilbert knows he still has support despite not sharing a dressing room with them.
