Tim Sherwood could resign as manager of Aston Villa if he feels he is ‘not happy’ while in charge at Villa Park. The under pressure manager was facing the press ahead of a tricky home game against Swansea City with his job security coming under increasing scrutiny from the media and the Villa faithful.
Sherwood was asked if he would ever consider resigning as Villa boss – in reply the former-Blackburn captain said that he ‘would’ walk away from the Villa job if he wasn’t ‘100%’ and that he ‘can take’ what he has dealt with over recent months ‘and still be happy’ it explains ‘a lot’
The frustration is seemingly starting to show through though with Sherwood saying he has ‘taken the brunt’ of everything Aston Villa wise and “everything that everyone wants to throw at”
