Adama Traore has been ruled out for at least eight to ten weeks with a broken bone in his foot – an injury he suffered in Aston Villa’s 3-1 defeat at the hands of Sunderland.
Aston Villa’s Twitter account confirmed the worst news this morning.

The winger joined Villa from Barcelona in the summer for around £7-million and has struggled for a long stretch of game time due to injuries.
When he has played he has been a shining light in Villa’s season bagging an assist for Carles Gil’s goal against Sunderland as well as scoring a superb goal on his debut against Crystal Palace back in September.
The news will come as another massive set-back for The Villans with the side currently rock bottom of the Premier League table with their chances of surviving already slim.
The 19-year old could return for March when Villa take on Manchester City and Tottenham.
