West Ham are considering making a summer move to sign striker Jordan Ayew from Aston Villa, according to a report from Simon Jones in The Mail .
Slaven Bilic is keen to add two strikers to his squad and whilst the likes of Michy Batshuayi, Christian Benteke, Wilfried Bony and Alexandre Lacazette appear on his shortlist, he’s also looking to bring in just one of those and compliment that signing with another, less expensive player.

Ayew has been one of the very, very few bright sparks for a terrible Villa side this season and as they’ll be playing in the Championship next year, he’s likely to push for a move away.
Villa reportedly want to get back most of the £9.6million they paid for the Ghanaian international, but West Ham think they can get him for around £6million.
The 24-year-old has scored six Premier League goals this season and has apparently impressed the West Ham recruitment team and manager, despite the poor performances by the Villa team as a whole.
