Tyrone Mings recently spoke out about how his mental health suffered ahead of the 2020 European Championships as he felt the majority of supporters didn’t trust him in an England shirt, but he’s in better spirits now if his latest Instagram story is anything to go by.
The 28-year-old posted a picture with Raheem Sterling while the pair were on international duty earlier this summer, credited artist Dave for a song he was enjoying from his new album ‘We’re All Alone In This Together’ and posted a training ground snap with Villa teammate Matty Targett.

Mings and Sterling went into the Euros without much support from the fanbase and pundits. Both players had their selections questioned, but both players shone for the Three Lions when called upon, silencing their critics in the process.
Both players have also come under scrutiny for being outspoken about kneeling before games in support of racial equality, so the picture might be special to Mings. And it’s good to see him being all smiles with Targett at Bodymoor Hearth too, as Mings is an important player for Villa.
