Aston Villa travel down to London to take on Luton Town in the first round of the English Football League Cup.
Roberto Di Matteo is expected to make changes to his side that lost 1-0 to Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend. Meanwhile, Luton Town will be buoyed after an opening weekend victory in League Two over Plymouth Argyle at Home Park.
The Villans last trip to Luton was a pre season friendly in 2013 under Paul Lambert. It will be the club’s first appearance at the first stage of the competition in 44 years.
