According to a recent report from the Daily Mail, managerial candidate Steve Bruce could be set to call upon Manchester United coach Warren Joyce if he seals a move to Aston Villa in the coming days.
Bruce is quite clearly the front runner for the job and official confirmation seems to be edging ever closer, with the 55-year-old set to take charge of Villa after Roberto Di Matteo was sacked after to a highly disappointing start.

The experienced boss has a track record of getting teams up from the Championship and into the Premier League and this is most certainly the ambition for Villa this season.
Joyce has played a key part in some of the younger players’ development during his time at Old Trafford and he will certainly provide a lot of knowledge and experience to Bruce’s backroom staff.
The 51-year-old could be allowed to leave United with club legend Nicky Butt occupying a now-increased role in the youth setup.
