Aston Villa are taking 19-year-old Luxembourg international defender Enes Mahmutovic on trial.
The teenager is currently on the books of Fola Esch, who are based in his home country of Luxembourg and it looks like Villa have seen enough of him and want to bring him in for a closer look.
The versatile defender can play at centre back and right back and is also comfortable playing as a defensive midfielder, so if he meets the standards that Villa set, he could be a very useful addition.

His club have announced that he’ll join up with Villa’s development squad for three days, starting from today and wished him the best of luck as he looks to earn himself a move to England.
The 6ft 3in centre back made his debut for Luxembourg in November and Villa reportedly had scouts in attendance at that game watching right back Laurent Jans. It could have been there where they spotted Mahmutovic.
