Middlesbrough star Gaston Ramirez is hoping to secure a move to Premier League champions Leicester City and although they are in no rush to sell him, the North East side are looking at potential replacements and reportedly have Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish on their shortlist.
‘Boro have rejected Leicester’s £12m bid for Ramirez as they are holding out for around £15m and if the Foxes meet this valuation, then there is a very good chance that he’ll leave.
That will leave a hole in Aitor Karanka’s squad, one he tried to fill by securing a deal for Robert Snodgrass. However, the Scottish star looks set to move to West Ham, meaning Boro are now looking elsewhere.

They’ve made a move to sign PSG forward Jese Rodriguez on loan but are apparently eying up Grealish as well.
There have been plenty of transfers between Boro and Villa in the recent past, in both directions, and there could be the possibility of more in the future.
Villa reportedly want to sign Jordan Rhodes and Boro might want to sign Grealish, so there could be more Boro/Villa news to report on in the next week or so.
