Villa linked with Ojo move

Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo is being hunted by a plethora of clubs this summer as he looks set to depart the Reds on loan, and Aston Villa are the latest side to be linked with a move.

According to a report from the Mirror, Steve Bruce has taken an interest in landing the youngster ahead of the upcoming Championship campaign, and is ready to fend off competition from elsewhere to secure the winger’s signature.

Fulham, Derby and Middlesbrough have both been linked with loan moves for the 20-year-old, while Premier League outfit Newcastle have also been touted with a swoop.

Ojo has played for England at every youth level up to U20’s, and he recently enjoyed success with his country at the 2017 World Cup.

Liverpool are keen for their young prospect to gain valuable first-team experience elsewhere this season, and Villa are reportedly keen to be the side to take him on board.
