MK Dons have cancelled Aaron Tshibola’s season long loan, meaning that the youngster will return to Villa Park.

On Twitter, MK Dons said that “The club would like to wish Aaron all the best for the future.”

During his time in Milton Keynes, Tshibola made 16 appearances, scoring once for the Dons against Brighton U23s. His performances had been criticised by many MK Dons supporters, with many expressing their delight of his departure from Stadium:MK.

Tshibola signed for Villa in the Summer of 2016. He went on to make eight appearances in a Villa shirt last season, before joining Nottingham Forest on loan after falling out of favour under Steve Bruce.

His Villa future is now unknown, with Tshibola now very low down in the pecking order in midfield. He may go out on loan again, however, his performances at MK Dons really didn’t give off good signs to other managers.
