Tottenham still believe that they can sign Jack Grealish in a £20 million deal this summer.
The Mirror reports that Daniel Levy is confident of completing a deal for the Villa youngster, but the two clubs are still someway a part in their valuation of the player.
Spurs had been hoping to take advantage of Villa’s financial insecurity and land the player on the cheap.

The Championship side are now holding firm in the valuation of the midfielder following their big-money takeover, which has eased the need to sell their star player.
Tottenham had hoped to get a deal done before they return from the US, but that no longer appears to be the case.
The report claims that Grealish is keen to complete a move to the London club as he sets his sights on Premier League football.
After missing out on promotion last season, Grealish is also aware that a move to Spurs would boost his chances of breaking into the England set-up.
