Steve Bruce is keen on bringing back winger Robert Snodgrass to Villa Park, with the winger set to leave West Ham on loan again.

The Mirror report that Steve Bruce is keen to secure a deal for Snodgrass, who impressed many last season while on loan at Villa.

The Scottish international is set to be let to leave West Ham on loan again, with the winger unlikely to be in Manuel Pellegrini’s plans this season.

He did make some appearances during West Ham’s pre season, starring in the 3-1 friendly win over Walsall last month.

However, Snodgrass could be set to return to Villa Park, with the Championship loan window open until the end of August.

After joining on loan last season, Snodgrass was a key part of the Villa side. He helped Villa make the playoff final, where they narrowly missed out on promotion to the Premier League thanks to a Tom Cairney goal.
