Watford are reportedly ready to loan Isaac Success to Villa, but are waiting to sign a striker before they let him leave the club.
The Mirror are reporting that Watford are looking to get another striker in before they let the Nigerian join Villa, with Success looking likely to leave Vicarage Road.
Success has failed to make an impact in England since his £12 million move from Grenada two years ago.
The striker has only netted once for Watford, starting only two games and making seventeen appearances from the bench.
The Nigerian was loaned out to Malaga in January last season, after failing to make an impact for Watford.
Now Steve Bruce is hoping to take Success on loan to Villa, with the loan window closing for Championship clubs at the end of August.
If Watford get another striker in, then they will let Success join Villa for the rest of the season.
