When it comes to second division sides from across Europe’s top leagues, Aston Villa have been named as one of the best supported sides, the Bristol Post reports.
Spanish sports and finance company Deportes&Finanzes have analysed the highest average attendances across Europe’s second tiers to produce a table of the most highly supported football clubs.
Bundesliga 2 side Hamburg were judged to be the best supported side, with Villa coming in fourth place.
