According to a report by Football Insider, Aston Villa midfielder Callum O’Hare will join Carlisle United on loan before the transfer window slams shuts in five days time.
Many League One and League Two sides were interested in taking the talented youngster on loan for the rest of the season, but it looks like Carlisle, who play in League Two, are set to acquire the 20-year-old’s services.
O’Hare has played once for the senior side this season (in the disappointing 3-0 loss to Swansea in the FA Cup) and it is highly unlikely he play for them again this term.
Therefore, Dean Smith is more than happy to let him go out on loan so that he can get some regular game time under his belt.
O’Hare will now have a good opportunity to develop his undeniable talent and show everyone why is so highly regarded at Villa Park.
