Who should feature in Aston Villa’s back four against Arsenal?

A four-game winning run as the Premier League season got underway saw Aston Villa sit around top spot in the league standings.

After impressive wins over the likes of Liverpool and Leicester City, Dean Smith’s side may have expected to go on and produce similar performances against the likes of Leeds United and Southampton.

However, a 3-0 defeat to Marcelo Bielsa’s side and a narrow loss against the Saints has since seen Villa drop to eighth in the league, with Smith’s defence leaking seven goals in two games.

It remains to be seen who Smith will now select in his back four for the game against Mikel Arteta’s side this Sunday.
