Barcelona and Real Madrid will be looking at Jack Grealish, claims Kevin Campbell
Former Everton striker Kevin Campbell believes that Barcelona and Real Madrid will be looking at Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish after his latest Premier League performance.
The England international has further enhanced his reputation since Villa gained promotion to the Premier League in 2019. The club captain proved to be a key performer for the club as they fought off relegation last term, netting eight goals and supplying six assists in 36 appearances.
Those impressive statistics have continued through to the current season, with the 25-year-old netting four goals and providing five assists already in 2020/21.
Grealish then produced a superb performance against Arsenal on Sunday as his side secured an impressive 3-0 win at the Emirates Stadium.
Speaking to Football Insider regarding Grealish’s form and performance against Arsenal, Campbell said: “On that performance the other night I think Real Madrid and Barcelona will be looking at him.
“Arsenal made him look fantastic but I am not taking anything away from Jack Grealish because he is a superb player.
“He has been the form guy for Aston Villa and it was virtually a one-man show last season.
“He kept them in the Premier League but Arsenal offered no real resistance the other night. They allowed him to do what he wanted. He bullied Bellerin.
“He did not do himself a bad turn. If Arsenal are looking to sign a player of Jack Grealish’s ilk, he did not do himself any harm.
“There was speculation about Manchester United last summer and I am sure he could play for any of the top six.”

Barcelona and Real Madrid – that level of interest in Jack Grealish would not come as a surprise, given how far the midfielder has come in such a short space of time.
The England international has developed into one of the most exciting and unpredictable players in the Premier League and you would have to believe that he could be given even more creative freedom in Spain.
A move to Barcelona or Real Madrid for Grealish, if it transpired, could be one of the most sensational transfers of modern times.
