Kortney Hause is on a high after a top performance in Aston Villa’s 1-0 win over Manchester United and posted about it on social media. The 26-year-old was named in Alan Shearer’s Team of the Week and shared a picture of the news on his Instagram story. He also posted a clip of his ‘favourite song’ by Ithinkthatsrio and sung along to certain parts while enjoying the music video.

Hause has made four appearances in all competitions this season, amassing only 91 minutes of Premier League football. The 6ft 3in centre-back hasn’t been a regular under Dean Smith but has impressed when called upon and now has a chance of staying in the starting eleven.
Tyrone Mings, Ezri Konsa and Axel Tuanzebe are no slouches, so Villa are spoilt for choice in defence. Hause had been backup for the longest time, but he’s now putting in top peformances that will give Smith a selection headache.
Villa travel to North London to face Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, October 3 and will hope to continue their winning run. They’re coming off the back of consecutive league victories while Spurs have lost three on the bounce.
