Aston Villa have today joined the race to sign £500k Swansea, right-back, Jazz Richards.
Richards is said to of impressed during Wales against Belgium earlier on in the month in the Euro 2016 qualifier, keeping the likes of Eden Hazard quiet under the watchful eye of Aston Villa manager, Tim Sherwood.
The Wales international has made 39 appearances since moving through the clubs academy in 2009, he also has 5 welsh caps to his name since making his debut in 2012.
Richards is renown for his versatility which is something Sherwood believes he needs as he looks to rebuild a side that has had relegation looming over their heads for three seasons now.
More recently Richards spent the second half of last season out on loan at Fulham. Fulham are also believed to of had a £500k bid accepted for the Wales international.
The 24-year old is availble for so little as he enters the final 12 months of his contract at the Swans and competition tough for a starting role.
