Birmingham City are chasing the signature of Aston Villa’s out of favour striker, Libor Kozak. Kozak is yet to make an appearance for The Villans first team this term.
Gregg Evans from the Birmingham Mail reports how Kozak could be open to a temporary move away from Villa Park to launch his career again after struggling with injuries since breaking his leg on New Years Day in 2014.
The Blues are after another forward option after Clayton Donaldson was ruled out for up to six weeks. It is not clear whether Remi Garde would be willing to let a striker leave on loan given Villa’s current predicament.

Kozak is yet to make a first-team appearance at Villa this season. It is shameful that he is yet too. It is not clear what the future holds for the 26-year old with Remi Garde yet to pick him in a match day 18.
He was in red hot form during pre-season and given the lack of goals at Villa letting Kozak go could be sacrilege.
