Aston Villa are interested in bringing the Real Madrid forward, Jese Rodriguez to Villa Park with the Villans enquiring over the availability of the 22-year old in August.
Miguel Del Pozo from the Spanish news outlet, AS reports that Serie A sides Napoli and Inter Milan have also shown an interest for the forward, who could soon become available with the former-Spain youth international only appearing three times under Rafael Benitez so far this season.
The players agent has recently suggested a move away from Madrid could be on the cards if his client isn’t given more playing time. In 23 appearances last season, Jese found the net four times.
A Welcome Link
For the Villa faithful, this is possibly a great rumour to hear only if it is a far fetched one. Tim Sherwood’s side has lacked firepower since losing Christian Benteke over the summer and new signing, Rudy Gestede not offering the necessary threat.
