Aston Villa have reportedly tabled a €17 million offer for Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Championship side are paying a keen interest in the 19 year old who is also being linked with a move to Napoli.
It is said that the bid suits demands of the Serie A side for the midfielder, but he may be keen on remaining in Italy instead of a move to England.

The Ghanaian midfielder is highly rated in Italy and made 34 appearances as Bologna finished 14th in the Italian top flight. He laid on one goal.
The midfielder is more defensively minded and he could well be the ‘enforcer’ that Aston Villa have reportedly been targeting in recent days.
Links in recent days have suggested the Villans are keen on Crystal Palace pair Mile Jedinak and Joe Ledley, and other reports suggested a move for Ravel Morrison were close.
