Aston Villa are looking at making a move for Leicester City defender Ritchie De Laet according to a report.
HITC report that the Championship side are in talks with the Premier League champions over a move for De Laet, who netted vs Aston Villa last season.
De Laet spent the second half of last season out on loan at Middlesbrough as he helped the Teesiders towards promotion. He made 10 appearances during his time at the Riverside.
The former Manchester United player also appeared 13 times under Claudio Ranieri at right back in the Foxes magical campaign, but he is seemingly going to be allowed to leave in search of first team football this summer.
It has became apparent over recent weeks that the Villans are in desperate need of a solid right back with Alan Hutton and Micah Richards both failing to deliver a solid performance so far this season.
