According to the Birmingham Mail, Tammy Abraham could have played his last game for Aston Villa as Wolverhampton Wanderers are in advanced talks with Chelsea to acquire his services.
It is believed that Wolves want to sign the prolific 21-year-old on loan for the rest of the season before purchasing him for a fee of around £18 million when the campaign comes to an end.

Nuno Espirito Santo is desperately looking to improve his forward line as Raul Jimenez is the only in form striker at the club at the moment.
To add to this, they are also unsure whether the Mexican international will sign permanently in the summer or return to Benfica.
Should the move go through, it will be a huge blow for Dean Smith’s promotion hopes as Abraham has been scoring for fun this season – he currently has 16 goals in 21 appearances for the club.
