Matty Cash has been enjoying his time off now the 2020/21 season has come to an end, admitting disappointment with picking up a hamstring injury, posting about his excitement for the upcoming campaign, showing off his modelling prowess and keeping fans updated with how his vacation is going.
The Aston Villa defender had been modelling for Boohoo Man and shared the pictures on Instagram, but he’s now on his holiday in the Atlantic and was all smiles in his latest photo. Cash was at the popular beach restaurant and bar The Bold Octopus, which is located at the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
The Bold Octopus boasts unrivalled views of Quinta do Lago, the Ria Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean while having a rooftop bar, fresh seafood daily and live music, so it sounds like the perfect place to relax. It’s unknown how long Cash will stay in the Atalantic, but he has a number of weeks left to enjoy his summer before returning to Bodymoor Heath.
The 23-year-old made 28 appearances in all competitions since joining on a five-year deal from Nottingham Forest last summer, picking up two assists.
