Micah Richards posted a video on his Instagram story, showing him enjoying music with his barber before getting a trim.
The 33-year-old, who made 31 appearances in all competitions for Aston Villa between 2015 and 2019, was all laughs on video with Ujima Unisex Salon and got excited about the BBC’s old-school reggae music.

Richards was waiting to get his typical fade but couldn’t help but record as the pair enjoyed a nostalgic moment while watching TV. The Sky Sports pundit is known for being jovial on camera but could only be heard on the Instagram clip as Ujima Unisex Salon danced and sung.
Richards has turned his reputation around as a pundit after getting lots of criticism for a disappointing stint at Villa – the former England defender spent most of his four years in the Midlands injured and was part of the side that were relegated to the Championship.
He didn’t have much of a legacy at Villa Park but is now a respect pundit on TV. Richards is having to take care of his appearance as he’s behind the camera, hence the fade.
